We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our Commerce, California. All orders are subject to processing time (up to 24 hours), which is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our warehouse by the applicable carrier. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. After we receive your order and payment has been approved, Orders with standard shipping can still take up to 4 - 5 business days, priority shipping can still take up to 2 - 3 business days, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.
Priority Shipping & UPS 2nd Day
All orders with Priority or UPS 2nd day and 3 days shipping must be received before 12:00 pm (PST) for them to be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm (PST) will be processed on the following day. UPS shipment are only delivered on Business days (Monday-Friday).
Ex. If you order using UPS 2nd day shipping on a Monday before 12 pm (PST), your order will arrive on a Wednesday. If you order after 12 pm, your order will arrive on Thursday.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your shipping address but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 10 days of the delivered date. Upon reporting your lost package, we will inquire with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. You must also make claim with the carrier (USPS), and give us the claim number. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge or give you a store credit if we do not have an item in stock.
Curvy sense is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If an order is refused and returned by the customer, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping will not be refunded.
Order Information Confirmation
Please make sure your information on your order is accurate upon checkout. Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, we may require additional information. Customer service will contact you via the phone number or email. If our customer service is unable to contact you, it may delay the processing of your order and lead to a cancellation.
