Think of your first order as your private dressing room. We provide complimentary shipping fee for your initial return on any purchase. Just employ your chosen shipping approach to dispatch the package back, ensuring it bears a postmark within 21 days from the purchase date. Once we receive the return, we will issue you a complimentary shipping credit of US$5 for a single item or US$8 for two or more items. This credit will be put towards your refund in the form of a store credit.

To return your item(s) by mail, please follow the directions below.

    • Please CLICK HERE to start your return.  Once your item(s) are approved for return, please proceed to step 2.
    • Securely pack the item(s) and the return form in a box, bag or envelope of your choice.
    • Address the package to the address below.





    • Purchase a trackable mailing label from your preferred shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
    • Affix your mailing label and mail your package to us.
    • Please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
    • All refunds will be issued as a store credit.
    • Original shipping postage will not be reimbursed
    • Return shipping postage will not be reimbursed, unless it is your first return.

Curvy Sense only issues refunds in-store credit, and please refer to the policy above. If you paid for your item(s) with Afterpay or Zip Pay, you need to continue your payments on your Afterpay or Zip Pay account for the purchase. When we receive your return, we will issue you store credit (gift card) for the amount of the returned item(s).

All items ending in $.99, swimwear, bodysuits intimates, footwear and all items in the sale and/or clearance section are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please call us toll-free at 877-207-0034, International 1-323-526-4444 (9am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri) within 5 days of the delivery date. Once, we approve the return or exchange of the damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), we will provide you with a pre-paid trackable shipping label via email. After we receive the item(s), we will send you out the replacement item or offer you a store credit.

Shipments(orders) that are refused or unclaimed by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to a non-deliverable address will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card excluding the initial shipping charge.

Curvy Sense does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the shipping address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

  • The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery
  • An address is invalid or there is missing information
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package

We do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item(s) for store credit.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and reject returns from customers at any time due to

  • An irregular or excessive history of lost or missing orders
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
