Shipping policy

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our Commerce, California. All orders are subject to processing time (up to 24 hours), which is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our warehouse by the applicable carrier. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. After we receive your order and payment has been approved, Orders with standard shipping can still take up to 3 - 7 business days, priority shipping can still take up to 2 - 3 business days, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.

Expedited & Priority Shipping

For same-day processing, please place your order by 1:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Service Notes: UPS and FedEx deliver on business days only (Monday–Friday).

Timing Example: An Overnight order placed Monday before 1:00 PM PT will arrive Tuesday. If placed after 1:00 PM PT, it will ship Tuesday and arrive Wednesday.
