Shipping and Handling

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our Commerce, California. All orders are subject to processing time (up to 24 hours), which is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our warehouse by the applicable carrier. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. After we receive your order and payment has been approved, Orders with standard shipping can still take up to 4 - 5 business days, priority shipping can still take up to 2 - 3 business days, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if an item is returned for any reason.

Priority Shipping & UPS 2nd Day

To ensure same-day processing, all orders using Priority shipping, or UPS and FedEx Overnight or 2-Day shipping, must be placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Please note that UPS deliveries occur on business days only (Monday-Friday).

For example: An order placed with Overnight/1 Day shipping on Monday before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will arrive on Tuesday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the following business day and arrive on Wednesday.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, you must report the missing package to us within 10 days of the delivery date. We will then initiate an inquiry with the carrier to attempt recovery. You are also required to file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS) and provide us with the claim number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either reship your order at no additional cost or issue store credit if the item is out of stock.

Please note:

  • Curvy Sense is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the customer provided the wrong shipping information.
  • If an order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Order Information Confirmation

Please ensure all order information, especially your shipping address, is accurate at checkout. If your shipping and billing addresses differ, we may require additional information to process your order. Our customer service team will contact you via phone or email. Failure to reach you may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

USPS GENERAL DELIVERY SERVICE

If you have been displaced and don’t have a permanent address or want to prevent your order from being stolen, USPS General Delivery service allows you to pick up your mail for up to 30 days at a designated Postal identified location in your current community. Make sure senders of your mail use the ZIP Code for the area’s designated Post Office. The ZIP+4 will indicate General Delivery.

To find the Post Office that handles General Delivery in any area, call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and request “Customer Service.”

An example of a properly-formatted General Delivery address looks like this:

You can also obtain the proper General Delivery address information at any Post Office, or by selecting the “Look Up a ZIP Code” button on the www.usps.com home page. Using the ZIP Code lookup tool, type “General Delivery” in the address line, followed by the City and State, and click “Find.” The General Delivery location’s ZIP Code will be provided.
