We accept returns for items in new condition within 21 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags securely attached. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our Commerce, California. All orders are subject to processing time (up to 24 hours), which is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our warehouse by the applicable carrier. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. After we receive your order and payment has been approved, Orders with standard shipping can still take up to 3 - 7 business days, priority shipping can still take up to 2 - 3 business days, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
